A leading hospitality chain wanted to strategize, atomize and productize the existing conference room booking process with latest prevailing trends. The need was to develop a centralized portal for hospitality industry that can utilize as a one stop solution for all different corporate and personal booking related activities. The new solution provides high speed to hospitalize enterprise by digitizing the whole inward and outward processes.

Through intensive consulting and brainstorming with stakeholders, we came up with three main applications to manage the whole booking workflow- starting from customer search, booking / inquiry generation, assistance from the agents, finalize the booking, send confirmation for hotel, generate invoice to payments
Advance search tool that searches in a centralized database, having data of all hotels and suggest available options based on user preferences
Configuration management modules covers role management, management functions, pre-payment settings and other business rules
