With an experienced team of elder care specialists, they provide bespoke care plans to address the needs of the customers.
They came up with an idea of providing high-quality and proactive care for senior citizens with a combination of human touch and technology. The aim was creating a new service as connected health to help families find vetted, affordable carer for their loved ones. The business philosophy and strategy were guided by a care advisory team, made up of leading figures in the United Kingdom healthcare Industry and business. Their experience and insight set the direction for operational excellence and growth.
The co-founders went through unsatisfactory experiences when arranging elderly care. Due to poor and expensive services along with lack of choice for good care facilities, they wanted to create an efficient remote patient monitoring and care solution helping families find vetted, affordable carer for their loved ones.
Gateway Digital started with a visioning workshop with the customer and executed the product development starting from conceptualization product roadmap till launch using DevOps.
The digital solution is a set of next-generation tech-enabled end-to-end home care responsive web and mobile application. The interactive and intuitive app enables customers and their families to easily schedule and monitor care, create checklists specifying what needs to be completed, receive all carer related notifications, receive timesheet of care hours and in-app chat facility to stay in contact with the care team.
Through the solution, experienced and verified professional carers are able to support families and individuals with a variety of tasks, including personal care, toileting, food preparation, light housework, grocery shopping, ironing, running errands, and more.
They are also able to support with emotional needs, such as general companionship, and facilitating exercise and social activities. The carers log everything they complete on our bespoke portal, so family members can see exactly on the virtual care solution what is going on and when.
