The client is a leading data capture technology company offering a suite of cloud-based survey and intelligent checklist platforms on channels ranging from web and mobile to papers. The company has a rich history of around 50 years in the survey industry. In the earlier days the client used to work on specially designed proprietary mechanical devices and paper surveys.
The client has a specially designed product suites for healthcare, retail, government, education, energy, finance and hospitality industries. The company is a pioneer in not only capturing survey feedbacks, but also in providing end-to-end consultation on target audience identification, survey design, execution and feedback analysis and deriving actionable insights.
We have been engaged with this assignment for 10+ years and actively involved in development and end-to-end product testing.
The client was looking for a survey platform to capture real-time feedback at the moment a customer experiences their product or service across multiple touch points in the customer journey.
The intelligent field inspection platform transforms paper-based system into digital checklists that seamlessly capture field data and allow for enterprise-wide compliance assurance.
We have performed validation and verification of the survey platform including survey manager and all possible distribution channels
Automated Testing has been conducted for a large multilingual assessment test and survey system using Gateway Testing Automation Framework (GTAF)
Performed test case scenarios and functional flow verification
Verified survey and assessment field input validation
Created and used test automation scripts to minimize coding and logical errors
Prepared and executed test automation regression suite using GTAF
Device compatibility has been tested using various iOS and Android devices along with 5 different browsers of mobile and web
Following agile execution method comprised of 2 weeks “sprint” followed by regression and end-to-end testing
