Center of Excellence (CoE) is the engagement model from Gateway Digital where an expert team of business and technology experts engage with the client to understand and articulate business requirements, manage relationships and lay down the rules of engagement. Dedicated execution teams then work with client teams to design, develop, and deploy products, platforms and services.
The Core team works as an extended arm of the client with necessary acumen required to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions. The Run teams are experts in the relevant technology stacks – the team constitution can range from cloud architects, UX designers, full stack developers, data scientists and QA engineers.
