Business Challenge
To find keywords via Machine Learning from the existing documents and forecast value for the future with a defined analysis. An algorithm needed to be developed to increase the accuracy from the document segregation process.
Solution Highlights
Gateway Digital implemented a solution using Microsoft Machine learning and SharePoint Online to extract keywords from document content using Microsoft Text Analytics and created a machine learning experiment for predicting category values for new documents
- Extraction of keywords (for existing documents)
- By applying intelligence to the platform, keywords are extracted from each document using Text Analytics API
- Machine Learning (ML) keywords are created & stored in document library
- Scheduler that traverse through each document, extract keywords using Text Analytic API and store them as ML Keywords
- Implemented machine learning algorithms
- Learning model was created using Microsoft machine learning studio
- Generated output prediction for required category values.
- Deployed model as API to update the category values
